1Introduction & Consent

2Account Register

3Deposits & Payments

Deposits on 777u7 can currently be made via Mobile Banking, Nagad, and Rocket. Please keep the following in mind when making a deposit:

• Deposits are usually credited to your account instantly. If there is a delay due to a technical issue, please contact support.
• The minimum deposit amount is BDT 500. The maximum limit is set and may change from time to time.
• Only your own mobile banking account may be used to make deposits.
• Transactions made from a third-party account may be cancelled.
• 777u7 reserves the right to decline specific payment methods.

4Withdrawal Policy

The following policies apply to all withdrawals from 777u7:

• Withdrawal requests will only be processed after account verification is complete.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 500.
• Withdrawals can only be made using the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 1-2 business days.
• Large withdrawals may be held until KYC verification (identity and address documents) is completed.
• Withdrawing bonus funds requires meeting the designated wagering conditions.

5Bonuses & Promotions

Specific terms apply to all 777u7 bonuses and promotional offers. Please read the relevant terms carefully before accepting any bonus.

• Welcome Bonus: New members receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit. A minimum rollover of 15x must be met before this bonus can be cashed out.
• Daily Cashback: A cashback percentage is applied to your net daily losses and credited to your account the following morning.
• Referral Bonus: Refer a friend and both of you will receive a bonus, once your referred friend makes their first deposit.
• Each bonus can only be claimed once per account. Any attempt to claim bonuses repeatedly from the same device or IP address will be automatically detected by the system.
• Bonus balance and real balance are displayed separately. Only the real balance can be withdrawn before wagering conditions are met.
• 777u7 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus program at any time.

6Gaming Rules

The following rules are mandatory while playing on 777u7:

• Each game has its own rules and payout structure, which are detailed within the game itself.
• If a game result is voided due to a technical error, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• Bets confirmed before odds change in live betting will be considered valid.
• If you suspect any error or irregularity in a game result, you must report it to support within 48 hours.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to play games is strictly prohibited.

7Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 777u7:

• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Coordinated betting for the purpose of bonus abuse or bonus arbitrage.
• Attempting to compromise the system through hacking, phishing, or other cyberattacks.
• Unauthorized access to other members' accounts.
• Operating an account under a false identity or in someone else's name.
• Unauthorized use of 777u7's brand, logo, or trademarks.

8Account Closure & Suspension

777u7 may suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• In proven cases of terms and conditions violations.
• Failure to complete KYC verification or submission of false documents.
• If your account has been inactive for an extended period (12 months or more).
• At the member's own request (self-exclusion).
• Due to legal or regulatory requirements.

Members may request to close their account at any time. In such cases, any remaining balance will be returned subject to applicable withdrawal conditions.

9Limitation of Liability

777u7 is not liable for the following:

• If a game is interrupted due to loss of internet connection or a device issue.
• Delays in deposits or withdrawals caused by a third-party payment provider's service disruption.
• If account credentials are compromised due to the member's own negligence.
• In the event of force majeure (natural disasters, cyberattacks, government restrictions, etc.).

10Terms Amendment Policy

777u7 reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions, in part or in full, at any time. When changes are made:

• For significant changes, a notice will be sent to your registered email or posted on the platform.
• Continued use of the platform after receiving a notice will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
• If you do not agree to the updated terms, you may request to close your account.
